This is the place to find a property manager that is an expert in locating and screening tenants. We are the experts in maintaining your quality home, condominium, co-op or other rental unit.

As you know, LOCATION is everything, and our offices are located in Central and Eastern Suffolk, close to the properties which we manage.

Management Services:

Leases: All tenants are required to sign our rental agreement, which has been developed over the years, and includes clauses that protect the homeowner (our client). All required disclosures are made to insure compliance with legal requirements.

Collections: Rents are due  on the first and considered late if not paid by the second. We are very aggresive about collections and we will work very hard to get you paid on time. Late charges are strictily enforced, and, if necessary, we know what to do if rent is not paid (including eviction, should it become necessary).

Accounting: Our accounting system will provide tracking of income and expenses on your behalf. Your proceeds can be sent to you or to your bank.

Security: When the tenant vacates, we will provide accounting of the deposit, and assess any remaining amounts due for cleaning or damages.
